Appointment Instructions

The day of your appointment please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in and to fill out any intake forms for your services. If the front door is locked, please use the side entrance. Water, tea & coffee are always offered to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your time with us.

 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. Because 507 is by appointment only your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment 507 Spa + Salon requires a minimum 24 hour notice. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call your Esthetician/ Hair Stylist directly. If they do not answer, please leave a detailed message on their personal voicemail. Any messages left on the 507 phone line after hours will not be received until the following day and could result in less than 24 hours’ notice depending on the time of your call.

Please keep in mind that “NO-SHOWS” and last minute changes leave your Esthetician/ Massage Therapist / Hairstylist with empty appointment times. The rescheduling policy allows us time to inform guests on a standby list of any availability, thus better serving everyone.

Running behind? Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. Please notify your stylist as soon as possible that you are running behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

More than 24 hours’ notice, service will be canceled at no charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service price will be charged. Failure to show without notice, 100% of the service price will be charged. A credit card is needed to hold all appointments.

If you have noted that you will be using a gift card to pay for the service, the amount owed for the missed appointment may be deducted from said gift certificate.

 

Children Policy

Children are only permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We feel as a business, children who visit the salon during their parents’ appointments or children who are unattended in the salon pose a safety issue. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Clients who arrive for their appointment with children will be asked to reschedule.

Extra Guests

In order to keep our capacity down during this time, there will be no extra guests (including children). Please do your part and keep friends and family at home during your appointment.

Sick Policy

In an effort to maintain a healthy evironment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, fever, the flu, etc.), have the onset of symptoms of an illness or have been in contact with someone who is experiencing flu like symptoms, that you reschedule your appointment.
If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
