Appointment Instructions

The day of your appointment please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in and to fill out intake forms for your services. If the front door is locked, please use the side entrance. Our beautiful old building has its quirks and the door swings open from time to time.
Water, tea & coffee are always offered to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your time with us.

 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us.

BECAUSE 507 IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME IS RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT, 507 REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 24-HOUR’S NOTICE. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL YOUR ESTHETICIAN/ HAIRSTYLIST DIRECTLY. IF THEY DON’T ANSWER PLEASE LEAVE YOUR INFORMATION ON THEIR VOICE-MAIL. ANY MESSAGES LEFT ON THE 507 PHONE LINE WILL NOT BE RECEIVED UNTIL THE DAY OF YOUR SERVICE AND WILL RESULT IN A LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT “NO-SHOWS” OR LAST MINUTE CHANGES LEAVE YOUR ESTHETICIAN/HAIRSTYLIST WITH EMPTY APPOINTMENT TIMES. THE RESCHEDULING POLICY ALLOWS US TIME TO INFORM GUESTS ON A STANDBY LIST OF ANY AVAILABILITY, THUS BETTER SERVING EVERYONE. ARRIVING LATE WILL DEPRIVE YOU OF PRECIOUS TREATMENT TIME. TO AVOID DELAYING THE NEXT GUEST, YOUR SERVICE WILL NEED TO END ON TIME REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU ARRIVED. MORE THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE, SERVICE WILL BE CANCELED AT NO CHARGE. LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE, 50% OF THE SERVICE PRICE WILL BE CHARGED. FAILURE TO SHOW WITHOUT NOTICE, 100% OF THE SERVICE PRICE WILL BE CHARGED. A CREDIT CARD IS NEEDED TO HOLD ALL APPOINTMENTS.

If you have noted that you will be using a gift card to pay for the service, the amount owed for the missed appointment may be deducted from said gift certificate.
